We are looking for an Assistant Export Manager to support our team in expanding our presence in international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing export operations, including preparing documentation and communicating with international clients.
- Monitoring sales performance in assigned markets, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance with international regulations.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with international partners and distributors.
- Participating in international trade shows and events to promote our products and acquire new business contacts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent command of English, and preferably Italian or a second foreign language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
